1. Organising Company
The Masie (PROCEED YOUR COMMERCE, SL.), with registered office at Calle Partida Solaneta 164, Llocnou de Sant Jeroni, ES 46726 and NIF B88390984, is organising a free giveaway aimed at residents of the United Kingdom, with the exception of those locations where delivery is not available, and of legal age.
2. Start and end dates of the draw
The prize draw will start on 31th October 2024 It will end on 27th November 2024 at 07:59h, at which time participation in the draw will be closed.
3. Prize
Among all participants we will award 1 THE MASIE voucher worth £500, to be spent on the website www.themasie.com/uk. There will be only one winner.
The prize is non-refundable in any other form of remuneration. The prize is not transferable.
4. How to participate and mechanics of the draw
All customers who have subscribed, with their personal email address, to THE MASIE newsletter, through the following draw form, between 31th October 2024 and 27 November 2024 until 8am, will be entered into a draw to win a £500 voucher to spend at THE MASIE. Only participants who register for the first time at THE MASIE are eligible to participate.
In order to be eligible for the prize, the participant must continue to subscribe to notifications via email from THE MASIE when the prize is awarded.
Participants who do not meet all the above requirements will not be entered into the draw.
Those participations that have been made after the dates/times of the end of the draw will be considered invalid, as well as those that do not meet all the requirements of the draw.
5. Requirements to participate
To be a natural person, of legal age, and to act in representation of oneself, in a personal manner. Persons linked professionally or professionally with THE MASIE, as well as first-degree relatives, will not be allowed to participate in the draw.
6. Selection of the winners
Selection of the winners: A draw will be made among those who meet all the requirements. The name of the winner will be announced on 27 November 2024 in these legal bases.
7. Communication with the participants
We will contact the winner of the draw, via email, in order to indicate the steps to follow to enjoy the prize. If no response is received within 24 hours, the draw will be carried out again to select a new winner. The result of this draw will also be announced in these terms and conditions.
In order to enjoy the prize, the winner must have an active customer account on THE MASIE website.
8. Period of validity and delivery of the prize
The prize is tax and duty free. Winners will be contacted for the necessary details in order to add the £500 voucher to their customer account.
10. Personal data
The personal data required will be used to deliver the prize.
11. Liability
THE MASIE is exonerated from any liability for damages of any kind that may be suffered by the participants of the draw for any action or omission not attributable to THE MASIE, during the duration of the draw and enjoyment of the prize and within the limits established in the applicable regulations.
In no case THE MASIE will be responsible, including but not limited to, of the failures of Internet connection, both in the access of the participants to the different pages or social networks, as well as in any other communications over the Internet, of the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the web pages through which you participate in the draw.
The organisation reserves the right to resolve any contingency not foreseen in the terms and conditions.
12. Cancellation of the draw
THE MASIE reserves the right to cancel the draw or prizes without notice if such cancellation occurs due to force majeure beyond our control or misuse of the platform or the prize.
